‘Ontario strikes deal to sell ‘Hydro One’ shares to ‘First Nations’
“‘First Nations’ in Ontario will get the chance to buy shares in ‘Hydro One’ {an offer good for only one race of people, and paid for with money ‘borrowed’ from Ontario taxpayers}, a public utility the ‘Liberal’ government has partially privatized.
“The government says it has reached an agreement in principle with the province’s ‘First Nations’ to loan them up to $268 million to buy up to 15 million shares at $18 per share. That is above the province’s book value, but below the $24-to-$26 range the stock has been trading in recent months.
“If ratified, Ontario would sell the shares to a new {Race Based} investment vehicle owned collectively by ‘First Nations’, and provide seed capital of up to $45 million over three years {Wow, it looks like the Ontario government is just drowning in money – all of it borrowed… P.S. Is that ‘seed capital’ also a loan (with interest), or a ‘gift’?}.
“For the deal to go through, at least 80% of the Band councils will have to approve the agreement by the end of next year.
“Energy Minister Glenn Thibeault says in a statement that this would give economic development opportunities to ‘First Nations’ across the province…”

‘Political Accord Between ‘First Nations’ and the Government of Ontario’
“1. WHEREAS the ‘First Nations’ represented by the Chiefs-in-Assembly (hereinafter “the ‘First Nations’”) and the Government of Ontario (hereinafter “Ontario”) wish to move forward together in a spirit of ‘respectful co-existence’ {‘Segregation’} and with a view to revitalizing the ‘treaty relationship’;
“2. AND WHEREAS the ‘First Nations’ exist as self-governing ‘Indigenous Nations’ {No, they don’t!!! Self-government was deliberately LEFT OUT of the 1982 Constitutional changes and was VOTED DOWN by the Canadian people in the Charlottetown Referendum. How dare you spout this racist and undemocratic defiance of the people and the Constitution?} and Peoples with their own governments {on reserves}, cultures, languages, traditions, customs and ‘territories’ {For the most part, their ancestors sold the land…};
“3. AND WHEREAS the Ontario provincial Crown’s jurisdiction and legal obligations are determined by the Canadian constitutional framework, which includes the common law and treaties entered into between ‘First Nations’ and the Crown {Exactly! And the land and any rights thereof were CEDED, SURRENDERED and YIELDED UP…};
“4. AND WHEREAS the ‘First Nations’ and Ontario recognize the importance of strong {municipal} ‘First Nations’ governments in achieving a better quality of life for ‘First Nations’ and creating a better future for ‘First Nations’ children and youth {But Segregation hasn’t — and doesn’t — work…and you’ve done nothing about that except to encourage it…};
“5. AND WHEREAS this Accord expresses the political commitment of the ‘First Nations’ and Ontario and will guide our positive working relationship. It is not intended to impact the interpretation of the ‘rights’, ‘legal obligations’ or ‘jurisdiction’ of the ‘First Nations’ or Ontario.
“NOW THEREFORE the ‘First Nations’ and Ontario agree:
“1 That ‘First Nations’ have an ‘inherent right to self-government’ {Again – THIS IS A LIE! Stop defying the Canadian people and the Constitution with this racist, segregationist drivel. See above…} and that the relationship between Ontario and the ‘First Nations’ must be based upon respect for this {phony} ‘right’. An ‘inherent right to self-government’ may be given legal effect by specific rights recognized and affirmed by section 35 of the ‘Constitution Act, 1982’, or through negotiated agreements and legislation;
“2. To build upon and link to existing bilateral or other community-led initiatives established between ‘First Nations’ and Ontario;
“3. To host a meeting, at least twice per year, between the leadership of the ‘Political Confederacy’ and the Premier and an agenda item which will include the joint assessment on the progress on the identified priorities and issues;
“4. To work together to identify and address common priorities and issues, that will include, but are not limited to, the ‘treaty relationship’, resource benefits and {non-Treaty} ‘revenue sharing’ and jurisdictional matters involving ‘First Nations’ and Ontario; and
“5. To work to resolve key challenges and impasses that impact the parties, including but not limited to, exploring the potential for the use of alternative dispute resolution processes.”

Unfortunately, not just the Ontario government but the Canadian government continues to propagate the lie of the ‘inherent right to self-government’ — a lie because this concept was deliberately REJECTED in the Constitutional changes in 1982; REJECTED in the four subsequent Constitutional conferences that discussed this specific demand; and REJECTED by the Canadian people as one of the proposals decisively VOTED DOWN by the Canadian people in a national referendum. Yet, we still are force-fed this Segregationist garbage:
