Aboriginal activists and their ‘allies’ are currently shutting down INAC offices in Toronto, Regina and Winnipeg {offices that provide services to aboriginal people}, and are acting like there is no help available for struggling aboriginals. It’s not like there aren’t already government programs in place {These are in addition to the programs offered to all Canadians}:

{2010 federal budget allocated $65.9 million over two years}

Also, there are all of the provincial medical programs for aboriginals, including mental health.
In B.C., there’s the segregated ‘First Nations’ Health Authority’. All provincial responsibilities for ‘aboriginal health’ were transferred to it and it’s 2015/2016 budget was $460 million {with no ‘mental health’ numbers}, most of it coming through ‘Health Canada’:
