‘Race-Based Government?’

More ‘do-gooder racism’ in denial of the modern world. Self-righteous guilt – especially as foolish as this – should be taken to the confessional, not embedded in the Constitution. This is NOT the way to move forward:

“We’re thrilled to introduce our new ‘Indigenous’-led federal Party, with an exciting 80/20 representation in leadership.

“This isn’t just about having a ‘First Nations’ person in Parliament for show; it’s about making sure ‘Indigenous’ voices are heard loud and clear when it comes to making decisions that affect us all.

“Our mission is to become the next government majority, and we’re committed to putting ‘Indigenous’ issues front and center.

We believe in setting up a tri-cameral chamber that gives ‘Indigenous’ leaders a real seat at the table, ensuring their insights shape the laws that govern our lives.

“We’re all about building a Party that’s as diverse as Canada itself—one that stands up for ‘Indigenous’ rights while also tackling the challenges facing every Canadian. If we get a seat in the House of Commons, we’ll roll up our sleeves and work closely with ‘Indigenous’ communities to push for policies that truly matter.

“This is about more than just representation; it’s about bringing real change.”

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

“We, the undersigned, respectfully submit this petition to create the ‘Seven Generation Government’, a groundbreaking governance model that prioritizes ‘Indigenous’ {sic} Intelligence and fosters {forces} ‘meaningful collaboration’ between ‘Indigenous’ and non-‘Indigenous’ communities. This initiative aims to establish a ‘sustainable’, ‘equitable’ {communist}, and ‘inclusive’ framework for decision-making in Canada, rooted in the wisdom of the past, the realities of the present {?}, and the aspirations for the future.

“It is not the responsibility of ‘Indigenous’ peoples to reconcile with us {?}. Instead, it is our ‘duty’ as non-‘Indigenous’ individuals to extend a warm invitation to those who have been here long before us and to actively listen to their ‘wisdom’.

“This petition embodies reconciliation by ensuring ‘Indigenous’ peoples have a meaningful seat at the decision-making table—something that has historically been denied. Many Canadians may not realize that ‘Indigenous’ communities are often viewed as federally-owned properties, leading to a disconnection from traditional governance. This disconnect creates significant barriers, limiting the participation of ‘Indigenous’ communities in the broader political landscape of Canada.

{Segregation – including the racist reserve system – is what ‘limits the participation of ‘Indigenous’ communities in the broader political landscape of Canada – and Aboriginal leadership perpetuates this.}

“While self-governance is a positive step, it often perpetuates separation rather than fostering true inclusion {!}. The ‘Seven Generation Government’ aims to redefine this narrative by forming a new political alternative in the upcoming federal elections, where ‘Indigenous Intelligence’ {A racist generalization} is prioritized, and both ‘Indigenous’ and non-‘Indigenous’ voices collaboratively shape our shared future.

‘Key Principles and Objectives’:

1. ‘Balanced Governance Structure (80/20 Model)’:

“Our governance model will feature an advisory group composed of 80% ‘Indigenous’ representatives and 20% non-‘Indigenous’ members. This ensures that ‘Indigenous’ knowledge and cultural practices are central to decision-making while enriching our initiatives with diverse perspectives.

{It is ludicrous to even suggest that “80% Indigenous’ representatives” {for less than 5% of the population} and “20% non-Indigenous members” {for over 95% of the population} is somehow “balanced”.}

2. ‘Recognition of ‘Indigenous’ Sovereignty’:

“We acknowledge the inherent {Race} ‘rights’ of ‘Indigenous’ peoples to self-governance, grounded in historical treaties

{The Treaties surrender ‘sovereignty’ to the Crown and promise to be loyal ‘Subjects’:

https://www.rcaanc-cirnac.gc.ca/eng/1370373165583/1581292088522 }

and constitutional recognition of their sovereignty {Where is that in the Canadian Constitution?}. We support the establishment of a governance model that upholds these ‘rights’ {There are NO modern’ rights’ based on Race. The whole concept is retrograde…}.

3. ‘Implementation of TRC ‘Calls to Action’:

“We commit to actively addressing the {One-sided} ‘Truth’ and ‘Reconciliation’ Commission’s calls to action, working to rectify ‘historical injustices’ and promote healing and {one-way} reconciliation within our communities.

4. ‘Cultural Revitalization Efforts’:

“Our governance will focus on initiatives that revitalize ‘Indigenous’ languages, cultural practices, and traditions, ensuring these vital aspects of our identity are preserved for future generations.

{The greatest barrier between people is language and the Government of Canada isn’t doing anyone any favours – particularly aboriginals – by erecting more barriers, none of which will help aboriginal youth find success in the modern world… The attempts to preserve aboriginal languages only serves the interests of the linguists of the ‘Aboriginal Industry’; they are a disservice to native people.”

https://endracebasedlaw.wordpress.com/2016/12/07/rebuilding-the-tower-of-babel/ }

5. ‘Land Claims Advocacy and Environmental Stewardship’:

“We will advocate for the recognition and resolution of land claims to restore rights to ‘traditional’ {claimed but unproven, and often stolen} territories, promoting sustainable land management practices that honor our deep connection to the environment and ‘Indigenous’ Intelligence.

{Nothing is so pernicious as the profoundly-racist notion that somehow ‘indigenous peoples’ are genetically endowed with a special relationship, a spiritual kinship, with nature that makes them superior caretakers of the land … Why is so much weight afforded to what is essentially raw, localized experience? If you strip away its spiritual accoutrements, you’re left with little more than the same wisdom that allows a fisherman to gauge impending weather, or derive crude conclusions on the state of fish stocks… Surely, this is common sense. A person of any race or background can, at least in theory, be equally capable of protecting or destroying the environment.”

https://endracebasedlaw.wordpress.com/2016/05/11/the-myth-of-aboriginal-environmental-stewardship/ }

6. ‘Community Engagement and Accountability’:

“We will create mechanisms for transparency and accountability in our governance processes. Regular consultations and opportunities for feedback will ensure community members are engaged and informed in decision-making.

{There’s NO reason to believe this. That’s NOT what happens on so many reserves:

“Canadians never get to hear the voices of Aboriginal reserve residents – only those of Aboriginal leadership and their academic and media ‘allies’. However, Aboriginal social media provides an avenue for their expression. Names have been omitted in order to protect them from the official reprisals that are the norm on far too many reserves…

For those of you fighting the corruption and fraud within your leadership, please remember that it does take a toll on you mentally, emotionally and various others forms of negative effects like loss of sleep or focus from your work. Sometimes these are battles you will never win. Not everyone cares as much as you do, sometimes you have to rely on Karma to do all the fighting for you. Know your battles, but don’t let it take you away from meaningful time with your family. Also remember, these leaders have to sleep at night also knowing they have to face their reality in the morning. Hiy Hiy.”

And:

How much is the average salary for a band manager on a first nation community?

“We have a FNEA council members who hired 2 individuals without posting the positions.. 1 job opening was a band manager and assistant band manager. They are being paid at $150,000. And the other one $120,000. Per year. With no credentials to back up that kind of salaries. Mind you, those are the councilor’s friend & family members.”

7. ‘Collaboration with Diverse Entities’:

“We aim to build partnerships with local, regional, and national governments, as well as other ‘Indigenous’ ‘nations’ {sic} and organizations, to advocate for our collective rights and interests, fostering mutual respect and understanding.

{Dividing people according to Race NEVER results in “fostering mutual respect and understanding”.}

8. ‘Education and Awareness Initiatives’:

“We will implement {one-sided} educational programs for both ‘Indigenous’ and non-‘Indigenous’ members, promoting ‘understanding’ of ‘Indigenous’ history, values, and governance practices, which will facilitate respectful and informed collaboration. Recognizing ‘Indigenous Intelligence’ as a guiding principle for sustainable development is essential.

9. ‘Adaptation and Evaluation’:

“We commit to regularly evaluating the effectiveness of the ‘Seven Generation Government’ and adapting our approach as needed to better serve our communities and uphold our principles.

‘Conclusion’:

“The establishment of the ‘Seven Generation Government’ represents a transformative option in the next federal election {Yes – backwards!}, offering a new path for governance that prioritizes ‘Indigenous’ perspectives alongside those of all Canadians {When you “prioritize” something, it is no longer “alongside”…}. This framework respects the wisdom of the past while investing in a sustainable future, ensuring that ‘traditional knowledge’ informs our path forward.

{Our current system is already based on ‘traditional European knowledge’…}

“The benefits of this initiative extend beyond ‘Indigenous’ communities, positively impacting all Canadians by enhancing economic opportunities {?}, fostering cultural enrichment, improving health outcomes, and promoting social cohesion. It aims to heal and strengthen our nation in a holistic manner—mentally, physically, and spiritually.

{No, it means to apportion power based on Race – an anachronism with NO place in the modern world.}

“This petition is about planting seeds for the next seven generations, laying a strong foundation to break the cycles of addiction, hopelessness, and disconnection that many ‘Indigenous’ communities experience.

“Together, we can cultivate a future where all voices are heard, and where we work collaboratively to address the systemic challenges we face.

“Join us in this vital journey to establish a resilient government that embodies the ‘Seventh Generation’ principle and the concept of ‘Indigenous Intelligence’. Your signature can help us bring about meaningful change at this pivotal moment in history.

“Sign the petition and support the formation of The Seventh Generation Government.”

More Of The Same {Apr.24, 2021}:

“While we readily encourage Canadians to try forming new political organizations, what is the point, if you’re just serving up the same crap in different packaging? The newest entry – the ‘Centrist Party of Canada’ – has simply copied the Aboriginal Industry’s rhetoric where the Aboriginal issue is concerned. There isn’t a single new idea in this cliche-sodden diatribe. It should also be noted that there aren’t any concrete policy proposals amongst the field of verbiage. Why bother?

“Here’s their ‘policy’, with our Comments in Brackets {In Red, for those reading the web page}…”

Getting Nuttier… {October 15, 2018}:

“During a technical briefing held in Ottawa on ‘Bill C-69’, senior government officials said ‘indigenous’ {aboriginal} knowledge will be treated with weight equal to other information {?!?} during the assessment of a project… Ottawa is also pledging to increase financial support for ‘indigenous’ communities to engage in the process {Of course}…”

A Racism Of Intelligence (Science and ‘Traditional Knowledge’) {April 17, 2018}:

“Quebec deputy minister Patrick Beauchesne wrote that Ottawa’s intention to systematically place ‘indigenous’ {‘primitive’} knowledge on equal footing with scientific data

could prove problematic in cases where ‘indigenous’ knowledge and science are found to be in contradiction”.

“He said criteria should be established to evaluate the accuracy of the ‘traditional knowledge’…{Sensible fellow. So few of them left…} …When the letter recently became public, it provoked an outraged reaction from Quebec ‘indigenous’ leaders, an apology from two Quebec cabinet ministers and, this week, an accusation of racism from a University of Ottawa law professor…”
